In our latest Vinyasa Yoga Club session, the girls explored a calming partner activity to end the class with relaxation and mindfulness. One girl used a soft feather to gently brush over her partner’s skin, while the other lay down with eyes closed, focusing on the sensation as part of a mindfulness meditation.
