This week, Form IV embarked on an exciting journey into the fascinating world of teeth. The girls explored the crucial role teeth play in the lives of both humans and animals and through engaging discussions and hands-on activities, they identified the different types of human teeth – incisors, canines, premolars, and molars – and learned about their specific functions in eating and speaking.
They also investigated how the shape and structure of an animalās teeth can reveal whether itās a herbivore, carnivore, or omnivore, and what that tells us about its position in the food chain. A highlight of the week was the opportunity to interact with our very own set of oversized model teeth, sparking plenty of laughter and helping to bring the learning to life in a memorable way.Ā
