On Monday 10th March, 34 pupils from The School’s year groups (C3, C2, C1) participated in The Great Big Dance Off at the Stevenage heat.
We entered our two dance companies – Contemporary and Street – who have been working incredibly hard on their choreography since September. Competing against 15 other schools, the teams were assessed under a strict set of criteria including, creativity, complexity, timing, and crowd appeal.
Both companies performed incredibly well, securing first and third place respectively. A special congratulations to the Street Dance Company, who will now go to the finals in July!Â
