Girls across the school have enjoyed some Yoga as part of Wellbeing Week. Form I were introduced to movement, breath and mindfulness, stretching like sleepy cats and standing tall like trees.
The girls felt calm, peaceful and focused as they balanced and stretched. Higher up the school, the Form IV girls focused on breathing and stretching the body into various poses.
The sessions gave them all time to stop and centre themselves to enjoy the present moment. What a wonderful and relaxing experience!Â
