In our Art lesson with Mrs Watson this week, we celebrated friendship and collaboration to explore colour mixing! We used primary colour paints and mixed them to create secondary colours by pressing our hands together.
Exploring the colours of famous paintings by Picasso, Van Gogh and Kandinsky, we talked about how they made us feel when we looked at the paintings. We then worked in groups to create a collaborative piece of art inspired by the artist Jim Dine! It was so much messy fun!
