This week, Form I and II had an exciting visit from a nutritionist from Thomas Franks, who showed the children how fun and colourful healthy eating can be through the idea of “eating the rainbow.” The girls learned about the different nutrients found in fruits and vegetables and why each colour is important for their bodies. They even discussed practical tips for making balanced meals at home and encouraged them to try new foods.
