Form IV girls have created their own calm jars as part of their learning on becoming mental health champions. These jars serve as a calming tool, helping them take a moment to pause, breathe, and ease any worries or anxieties throughout the day. The activity was met with great enthusiasm, especially as the girls experimented with food colouring and glitter to make their jars unique and mesmerising.
It was a wonderful hands-on experience that combined creativity with wellbeing, reinforcing the importance of mindfulness and self-care.
