As part of an exciting DT Day project, the Form II girls were tasked with designing and constructing their very own chairs. Using a variety of materials and plenty of imagination, each pupil created her own unique chair.

But it wasn’t just about the look- the chairs had to be stiff, strong, and able to remain upright when put to the test. The ultimate challenge was set – to design a chair that could support a teddy bear without collapsing!

With determination and teamwork, Form II rose to the occasion, and their final creations showcased their impressive creativity, thoughtful design, and excellent problem-solving skills with plenty of fun had along the way. Ā
