Yoga for body, mind and soul! Yoga is a fantastic way to channel energy positively while promoting mindfulness and wellbeing and the girls thoroughly enjoyed practising yoga as part of Mental Health Week.

During the session, the girls moved through fluid poses while repeating positive affirmations, reinforcing their self-worth and inner strength. It was a truly uplifting experience, and everyone felt very relaxed after the session!
