Form VI (Year 6) girls came together this week to share their knowledge and experiences of Chinese New Year. Those who celebrate the occasion spoke about the traditions they enjoy with their families from festive meals to lively parties.
As part of the celebrations here at school, each girl received an angpow (hongbao in Mandarin) packet, which contained a small toy as a symbol of good luck and prosperity for the year ahead.
